These Terms should be read alongside the lock33 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and lock33.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active lock33 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. lock33 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your login credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you, and you will bear full responsibility for all such activity.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact lock33 support immediately at [email protected]. lock33 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
lock33 is required by its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. KYC may also be required before certain account actions or if unusual activity is detected on your account.
As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:
Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is complete. lock33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Providing false, altered, or misleading documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
lock33 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your lock33 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required network confirmation count.
lock33 does not impose deposit fees. However, your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees, for which lock33 accepts no responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and your account being reviewed.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name that has been previously used to make a deposit to your lock33 account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the platform.
All withdrawal requests are subject to a compliance review. lock33 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been met.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

All sports bets placed on lock33, including cricket, PSL, and other markets, are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Rules are published within the sports betting section of the platform and form part of this Agreement.
Bets are accepted and settled at the sole discretion of lock33. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect price being offered, lock33 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. The discovery of such an error will be communicated to the affected player.
In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time based on match circumstances. Bets placed after the relevant event or market has concluded — including due to a data feed delay — may be voided at lock33's discretion. lock33 makes no guarantee of continuous in-play market availability.
Where a result is disputed or under official review, lock33 may delay settlement of affected markets until the result is confirmed by the relevant governing body.
Casino games available on the lock33 platform — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and fishing games — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game operates using certified random number generation ("RNG") technology that is independently audited for fairness.
In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer or slot session, the game round outcome will be determined according to the game supplier's server-side records, which are treated as definitive. lock33 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.
Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome. Past results have no bearing on future game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lock33 platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lock33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.
lock33's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
lock33 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect access. lock33 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
lock33 accepts no liability for losses arising from: force majeure events; decisions made by the player based on information available on the platform; failure of third-party payment services; or delays in KYC processing where required documents have not been provided by the player.
All intellectual property rights in the lock33 platform, including but not limited to the lock33 name, logo, website design, software, text content, graphics, and game interfaces, are owned by or licensed to lock33. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any lock33 intellectual property without prior written authorisation.
Game content made available on the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective third-party game suppliers and is licensed to lock33 for display purposes only.
You may close your lock33 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be considered; bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Real money balances will be returned to a verified payment method in your name following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
lock33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account with immediate effect where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
In cases of account closure due to a Terms breach, lock33 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which lock33 holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts and regulatory bodies in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
Where a specific provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
lock33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, lock33 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the lock33 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
